Dear Heavenly Father, Let this ministry lift Your name and glorify You and You alone.  We ask for a hedge of protection around our family, our hearts, our minds, our bodies and our finances.  Keep us safe in our travels and protect our home.  We ask You to guide our paths and provide the appointments you would have us to go to and provide for our family.  Our trust is in You and You alone.  And it is for You that the work is done.  Our prayer is that every mile driven, every cord rolled up, every speaker stacked, the hours making appointments and creating supplies for the ministry, every word preached, every song sung be for Your glory and Your's alone.  All who read this prayer, agree with us by saying....AMEN!!!!!

Immediate Need....
We have been SUPER blessed in the area of a family ministry vehicle so we can travel as a family.  We are now in need of a tag along boxed in trailer of at least 5' X 8' size to haul our sound and music equipment in.  We are currently renting a Uhaul trailer every weekend and paying $20 a day.  We cannot afford to pay outright for a trailer and we believe that God doesn't want us to go into debt for a trailer for the ministry.  Please join us in prayer about receiving a ministry trailer.  In Jesus Name, Amen!

Thanks to the ones who God has burdened their hearts to support this ministry.  Please continue to keep us in prayer.  We are praying for more financial support, currently our incomes are soley funding the travel for the ministry.  We are still believing that God is going to make this full time for Travis soon.  Right now we are praying for support and the ministry will pick up so.  We have recently been blessed with a travel van by Faith Fellowship in Jefferson, NC so we can travel together as a family. This van was then upgraded by 221 Automotive with a newer, lower mileage van.  We are still in need of a tag along box trailer to haul our equipment in to make the ride more comfortable (and safer) for the family.  We praise God for bringing us through steps in the ministry.
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth have been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." - Matthew 28:18-20
Me and My Wife, Sarah, at Mobys Coffee in Mt. Airy April 4th

I am a thirty-three year old Christian who started playing on a praise and worship team as a drummer in 1998.  I have grown to be a drummer, percussionist, acoustic guitarist and lead vocalist on praise and worship teams in Virginia at Zion Family Ministries and in North Carolina at Friendship Church.  While playing I have performed at several youth conferences and women’s conferences in Virginia and the District Christian Motorcyclist Association annual rally in North Carolina.    I was often on call, with my pastor’s permission, in Virginia to play with other praise and worship teams at surrounding churches as they needed a drummer, percussionist, acoustic guitarist or vocalist if someone was absent. My ministry is to share the Word of God preaching and singing while sharing my testimony in what God has done in my life.  I have shared my testimony in Russia and Mexico while on mission trips.  I have also opened in praise and worship and shared my testimony preaching in several churches.   In May 2007 I traveled to Raw Hide Youth Camp in Wisconsin and spent a week preaching and ministering in song to the youth on the campus that were placed there for long term treatment.  I feel that God has me going in the right direction ministering in song at the Mobys Coffee shops while still ministering at speaking engagements.
My vision for the future is to continue ministering through preaching and singing with a focus on music ministry.  Following the unquenchable desire to play and sing for the glory of my God who has given me the talents coupled with this desire that is often hard to explain in words.  My future plans include a full-time traveling ministry with my family to play, sing and share the Word of God.

Travis opens for Jon Foreman from Switchfoot at Moby's - Deacon Blvd. November 2nd
Friday night Nov. 2nd was an awesome night for Mobys Coffee. We were blessed in so many ways. The night started with Travis Hash playing from 8PM to 10PM. If you missed Travis he is an awesome man of God with a heart to follow the LORD's will. Next time he's at the store please stop by to see him. WBFJ Crossroads broadcast live at the store from 10PM to 12PM and after the Switchfoot concert Jon Foreman stopped by for our very own private aftershow concert. After Jon left Travis finished the night for those of us who were left with a few songs and words of worship to reflect on how God has blessed us. (Courtesy of Mobys Coffee).
